Manager Business Applications in Customer Success Unit - Microsoft

With your team, other Microsoft teams and our partners, you will be responsbile for increasing customer success and Business Applications utilisation.  

You will make an impact by doing the following in your role: 

  • Guide business and technical decision makers on creating business value on top of our Business Applications through a range of engagement types including Envisioning Workshops, Strategy Briefings, Hackathons, Architecture Design Sessions, Hands-on, and Rapid Prototyping
  • Use business acumen, technical knowledge, consultancy skills, storytelling skills, and our methodology to show customers an inspiring digital vision, across all Microsoft workloads, and map the agreed customer vision into a strategy for implementation, resolving concerns, removing technical blockers, and validating a strong business case for investment.
  • Collaborate with teams across Microsoft and our partner ecosystem bringing the full potential of Microsoft to deliver an amazing solution to our customers.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant years experience with CRM / ERP / Finance Business Applications 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field AND Relevant years related work experience directly with customers on their digital journey (e.g., consulting, pre-sales/post-sales, business analysis, technical sales, technology solutions, change management, line-of-business leadership)
  • A good level of understanding across the full range of Microsoft cloud solutions
  • Communication and collaboration, organizational, presentation, technical product demo, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant years experience in change management and/or technology adoption

Preferred / Additional Qualifications

  • Relevant years people management experience (direct or indirect)
  • Delivery Management experience shaping, delivering and monitoring people based delivery activities and programs
