As a Solutions Architect in our Business Applications team, you will collaborate with senior level stakeholders in some of the largest enterprises in the world, empowering them on their digital journey, from envisioning new possibilities to delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and a great customer experience. Your ability to link business strategies and goals with the power of our enterprise cloud technologies will establish you as a trusted advisor, with a direct influence on the quality of the products and services we deliver.

You will work with world-class Architects across EMEA as you educate our customers in new ways of discovering, experimenting and learning about their business challenges and opportunities, and how to solve them.

We are currently seeking Solution Architects at all levels to join our team. We would expect you to have previous experience of working as a Solution Architect in some form of leadership capacity and on digital transformation initiatives. We would expect you to have experience in listening and consulting with senior business and IT stakeholders.

• You will interact regularly with a diverse range of internal and external teams including customers, partners, account management and sales, as you provide solutions and technical direction for our customers to innovate and transform their enterprises.
• Some of your key responsibilities will be:
• Delivering high quality architectural solutions derived from customer business outcomes using the Microsoft Industry Cloud Solutions combined with partner offerings
• Fostering executive level, business decision maker and line of business relationships and conversations as a proven trusted advisor and partner.
• Leading and collaborating with customers to envision and deliver high quality digital transformation opportunities and innovative solutions that align to high impact customer outcomes and objectives.
• Driving market-making transformational customer results by combining your deep knowledge of the industry and Microsoft Business Applications and leverage the entire Microsoft ecosystem as a game-changing force.
• Getting involved in pre-sales conversations and presenting complex topics tailored to specific audiences.
• Collaborate with our account and sales teams to identify, pursue and shape future business development opportunities providing valuable input to the account plan for our strategic customers
• Leading complex opportunities to deliver scalable propositions that drive profitable business results and maximise business value.

Your ability to communicate with business stakeholders and to clearly convey your passion and expertise in digital transformation will position you to have a real impact in this role. You will bring significant value to our customers as you demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:

• Extensive architectural experience with business application ERP systems, such as MS Dynamics, SAP or Oracle.
• Regular interaction with senior stakeholders, guiding and advising them on digital transformation opportunities
• Working in a pre-sales or consulting role for, or with, enterprise size organisations
• A background organising and running design thinking workshops to discover opportunities, help prioritize business impacts, and to define customer outcomes
• industry knowledge and proficiency in one or more key sectors: Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, Public Sector, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Finance
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant experience.

You will need to be fluent in English and also French and use both in a professional environment on a regular basis.
