Senior Product Manager - Identity and Network Access - Microsoft

The Identity and Network Access team develops cloud-based native network security and identity services that play a foundation role to protect users and resources (applications, devices, and data) in a mobile-first cloud-first world. We are working on new innovative security services and are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team and help us drive the strategy and growth of a suite of product offerings. As a product manager, you will be responsible for forging deep integrations between Identity security and Network security pillars that strengthen Zero Trust posture for the modern enterprise.

• Define and drive the strategy for the product and product capabilities in close partnership with customers every step of the way
• Partner with product managers across the company to align product strategies and integrations
• Design and build product capabilities with engineering
• Engage customers to validate, design, refine product offering and enable customer adoption
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and drive alignment
• Work closely with product marketing and customer success to position offering and enable sales organization to pilot, deploy and operate offering

• 5+ years Program Management/Product Management experience defining and shipping products
• 5+ years developing strategic solutions requiring participation across organizational boundaries
• Experience developing strategy, building, and shipping data analytics or data platform or big data analytics products
• Experience developing strategy, building, and shipping networking or security or identity products (e.g., IAM Solutions, Cloud Security platforms)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements
• Demonstrated leadership and strong cross-team skills
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers to understand needs
