The Microsoft Teams Calling & Meetings group is focused on intelligent, real-time connected/collaboration experiences. We are looking for a full-stack software engineer who is passionate about helping people connect with each other with technology and delivering end-to-end user facing scenarios through all the layers. Applicants should exhibit customer empathy, pride in craftsmanship around building delightful user experiences and deep technical/problem solving chops.

• Design and implement new features and re-architect to improve existing features and designs.
• Collaborate with others to develop, evolve and improve functionality used by hundreds of millions of people.
• Listen to customers and leverage insights to build high-quality features people love to use.

• 3+ years Professional experience with at least one of Javascript/C#/C/C++/Java/other programming language
• BS degree preferably in CS or related engineering field
