Technical Program Manager - Microsoft

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Microsoft cross-device experiences team. We are responsible for products like the Phone Link app, which enables customers to text, take calls, access their camera roll, and even run all their mobile apps right from the PC.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving engineering delivery across multiple product teams. You will own critical rhythm-of-business and process improvement initiatives that drive clarity in how we plan, manage dependencies and risk, and learn from experience. You will work with a cross-discipline crew across product management and engineering to ensure our entire organization delivers excellence and ongoing improvement.

Required 5+ years of relevant experience in program or technical program management Experience creating and driving software engineering processes Experience working with both customer-facing products and network applications/services

Preferred Experience working with geographically diverse teams Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to adapt to change and drive clarity
