Required Qualifications:

  • PhD in computer science, or a related field
    • or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong publication record in peer-reviewed CS conferences/journals, including at least one publication in ASPLOS, EuroSys, FAST, HPCA, ISCA, MICRO, NSDI, OSDI, PLDI, POPL, S&P, SIGCOMM, SIGMETRICS, SIGMOD, SOSP, USENIX ATC, USENIX Security, or VLDB.
  • Interests in applying machine learning techniques to improve the correctness and efficiency of software systems
  • Interests in improving the correctness and efficiency of systems that contain machine learning modules
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work in a highly collaborative and interdisciplinary environment
  • Demonstrated leadership potential in research

With this posting, we seek researcher candidates with PhDs and a proven track record of published papers. The ideal candidate is quick to learn and adapt, is skilled at effective communication, and has the ability to develop an original research agenda while still being a team player.

Research Sciences IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year.
