Ashby is the modern ATS. Built by ex-Quora and Rippling people, it bundles ATS, CRM, scheduling, and analytics in one product — none of which feel bolted on. It’s the default new-stack pick for venture-backed startups in 2024–2026.

Why it shows up in Recruiting/TA stacks

  • Analytics that ship out of the box. Funnel metrics, source ROI, time-in-stage, panel calibration — all native, no Looker layer required. This is what wins demos vs. Greenhouse.
