Greenhouse is the default ATS for B2B SaaS. It pioneered structured hiring — scorecards, kits, interview rubrics, source-of-hire reporting — and the entire recruiting tooling ecosystem builds against it first. If you’re not on Workday, you’re probably here.

  • The biggest marketplace. 450+ certified integrations. Whatever sourcing, scheduling, assessment, or background check tool you pick, Greenhouse integrates first.
  • Talent ops that actually exists. Permissioning, approvals, offer flows, and compliance reporting are mature enough for public companies without forcing you onto Workday.
